What my four year old wants to be when she grows up and other cute answers
I totally forgot I interviewed Bella when she turned four (see ‘An interview with Bella now four and a few funny things she says’) and meant to continue regularly to see how her answers changed. I saw another mum’s blog interview with her son recently and it reminded me of mine! Bella is now four years and eight months old so I wonder if her answers will change.
What would you like to be when you grow up?
A worker. I just want to work like Daddy does.
Why, what does Daddy do?
He does work on his computer.
Ah, so you want to work on a computer?
Yes like you do at home. But when I grow up I want to be a fairy.
Who is your favourite person?
Who is your best friend at school?
Where is your favourite place?
What is your favourite colour?
Red and pink.
What’s your favourite vegetable?
What’s your favourite fruit?
What’s your favourite thing to do?
Play with Dad.
What’s your favourite animal?
Bella’s question to herself: What’s your favourite pudding?
Jelly. ‘j, e, l, l, y’. Jelly.
Too cute! A few of the same answers from eight months ago, like wanting to be a fairy when she is grown up, but also lots of different answers. I like how at playschool Sydney was her best friend and now at school she calls her by a nickname ‘Syd’. I must remember to repeat this interview in a few months to see the difference.
