To place an order simply select the item you would like to purchase and click 'add to basket'. You can view your basket to the top of the scarf section. Once you are ready to pay click 'checkout' by your basket. Here you can check your order and enter a discount code should you have one. To pay select either the PayPal button where you can pay with a credit card, debit card or a PayPal account.
Once your order has been placed you will receive an automatic confirmation email. This will be followed by a dispatch email once your order is dispatched. Orders are usually dispatched within one working day.
Whilst all efforts are made to ensure accuracy of description, specifications and pricing, there may be occasions where errors arise. Should such a situation occur Lylia Rose cannot accept your order. In the event of a mistake you will be contacted with a full explanation and a corrected offer. The information displayed is considered as an invitation to treat not as a confirmed offer for sale. The contract is confirmed upon supply of goods.
If you do not receive the correct products ordered please contact us. In the unlikely event that the product arrives damaged or faulty, please contact [email protected]yliarose.com
At Lylia Rose our regular returns policy allows you to send your goods back up to 30 days after receipt for a full refund. Please read our regular returns policy here.
Cancelling your order
The Consumer Contracts Regulations which came into effect on 13th June 2014 entitle you to cancel your order from the moment you place it and up to 14 days after you receive it. You then have 14 days to send the goods back.
Any original postage costs will be refunded. Return postage costs for cancelled and unwanted items will be the responsibility of the buyer. (Please note, standard Royal Mail 1st Class or 2nd Class covers for loss & damage up to £20; please remember to obtain proof of postage when posting. If you are sending back goods worth more than £20 Royal Mail's Signed For service will cover for loss & damage up to £50.)

A refund will be issued within 14 days of the goods being received back or when you provide evidence of returning the goods (such as proof of postage). If the goods have been damaged or handled more than necessary a deduction from the final refund will be made. Please only handle goods as much as if you were assessing them in a shop.
Lylia Rose is only able to ship within the UK. Apologies for any inconvenience.
Royal Mail Second Class = FREE
Royal Mail First Class = £1.50
Royal Mail Signed For = £4.50
Royal Mail Special Delivery = £7.00
All items are usually dispatched within one working day. Most orders received by 2pm Monday to Friday are dispatched the same day.
Royal Mail state they aim to deliver 93% of First Class post the next working day (including Saturday’s). Unfortunately this means your order is not guaranteed to be received the next working day.
Royal Mail class an item as lost if undelivered after 15 working days. If your item has not arrived after 15 working days please use the contact form located under 'Contact' at the top of the website or email [email protected]
Please allow extra time for deliveries during busy periods such as Christmas.

Lylia Rose controls and operates this site from its offices within the UK. The laws of England and Wales govern claims relating to including the use of this site and materials contained.
If you choose to access from another country you do so on your own initiative and are responsible for compliance with applicable local lands.
All content included on the site such as text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads and software are all owned by Lylia Rose and are protected by international copyright laws.
License and Site Access
Lylia Rose grants you a limited license to access and make personal use of this site. This license does not include any resales of commercial use of this site or its contents, any collection and use of any product listings, descriptions or prices, any derivative use of this site or its contents, any downloading or copying of account information for the benefit of another merchant or any use of data mining, robots or similar data gathering and extraction tools.
