We've recently potty trained Bella and I'm not sure if our toilet is giant, but she can't reach it using her single stepping stool. We went on a little mission to find a double step at the weekend trying Mothercare and Argos first, but neither had what we needed. We then tried our all time favourite homeware store Homesense, and success!
We found these totally perfect double wooden steps! They are really ideal and painted with amazing animal designs including a colourful crocodile and frog. The colours and design are just great for Reuben to use in the future too. I was expecting to find plain plastic or wooden steps but these are so much nicer. They are more fun and appealing to children.
As soon as we got home Bella climbed them and sat proudly on the toilet for ages! Before she was too scared to be lifted and sat on the loo, as even with her toilet seat in place, she was scared she'd fall in! The steps are very sturdy, but also hollow inside for storage. The top step lifts up so we can store toilet rolls or bath toys inside. For £20 I think these are a really worthwhile and fantastic buy.
