Since becoming a mum of two, buying a house with a mortgage, getting a joint account with my husband and also being self-employed, I've really had to learn how to master our family finances and try to get a lot better with money now I'm a responsible parent!
I'm no money expert, but I have learnt to budget and be a lot more sensible with money in my 30s compared to being more irresponsible in my 20s!
I've still not mastered my finances, but I'm learning. Aren't we all?
